A Location Built Around the Game

This clinic isn’t a typical office. It’s a dedicated treatment space inside The Turn Performance Golf, a high-end golf training facility with indoor simulators and a full Olympic-style lifting room. You don’t need to be a member of the gym to be seen here. If you’re a golfer dealing with an issue, or you simply want to make sure your swing is as efficient as possible, you can come straight to us.

What Is a TPI Screening?

Care starts with a screening rooted in the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) model. Using 16 different tests, we look for inefficiencies in the body that may be creating compensation patterns in your swing, the kind of hidden issues that quietly limit performance or set the stage for injury.

Alongside the TPI screening, we use SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) to evaluate how your joints are moving as a system. If a restriction in your shoulder, hip, or spine is throwing off your mechanics, this is how we find it, and how we build a plan to correct it.

The same screening process applies whether you’re an aspiring professional with no pain at all, or a weekend golfer dealing with a nagging low back.

Prevention First, Recovery When You Need It

More often than not, this is preventive care: identifying problem areas in the swing before repetition turns them into a chronic issue. That said, we absolutely treat golfers dealing with shoulder pain, low back pain, or other injuries related to their game. Whatever brought you in, your care plan is built around what your body actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Screening & Assessment

TPI and SFMA testing to identify movement inefficiencies that may be affecting the swing.

Adjustments & Soft Tissue Work

Targeted chiropractic adjustments paired with soft tissue therapy to restore movement.

Therapeutic Exercise

Specific exercises to correct the compensation patterns found during your screening.

Shockwave Therapy, When It’s Indicated

Shockwave therapy is also available at this location, though it’s not part of the standard package. It’s a condition-specific therapy we use only when it’s clinically indicated for what’s going on with your body.

Meet Dr. Chris Saincome

Dr. Chris SaincomeDr. Saincome holds two certifications through the Titleist Performance Institute: TPI Level 1 and the TPI Medical Level 2 certification. Each involved roughly 72 hours of study followed by a rigorous exam designed to confirm competency in the material.

That training builds on years of experience. Our family practice locations have cared for golfers for a long time. This location lets Dr. Saincome bring a highly specific, performance-based approach to that same population.

More Time With Your Doctor

Appointments here run longer than a typical chiropractic visit. Your first visit is approximately an hour with Dr. Saincome, with 30-minute follow-ups after that, enough time to properly work through your screening results and care plan together.

Care is offered in packages of six or 12 visits, depending on the level of dysfunction found during your screening, with regular reassessments to track your progress. This is a cash-based service, and we don’t take a blanket approach. Recommendations are always specific to what’s going on with your body.

Year-Round Golf, Rain or Shine

Because The Turn Performance Golf operates indoor simulators, you don’t have to wait for golf season to get your swing analyzed. During the rainier winter months, you can still come in and work with Dr. Saincome or the on-site fitness and performance professionals to make sure you’re ready to go once spring and summer roll around.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a member of the gym to see Dr. Saincome?

No. The Turn Performance Golf is a high-end golf training facility, but you don’t need a gym membership to be treated here. If you’re a golfer and you’re dealing with an issue, or you want to prevent one, you can come straight to us.

What happens during my first visit?

Your first visit runs about an hour and includes a TPI screening (16 tests) along with a functional movement assessment to identify any inefficiencies contributing to compensation patterns in your swing.

Do I need to be in pain to benefit from this?

Not at all. Many of the golfers we screen have no pain or dysfunction at all. The screening often still uncovers areas worth addressing to improve performance and prevent future issues.

Is this covered by insurance?

No, this is a cash, out-of-pocket service. Care is offered in packages of six or 12 visits depending on what your screening shows.

What ages and skill levels do you work with?

All ages and all golfer levels, from juniors to aspiring professionals to lifelong weekend players.

Can I still get help with my swing in the off-season?

Yes. The Turn Performance Golf’s indoor simulators mean your swing can be analyzed year-round, even during California’s rainier winter months.
